We are women serving other women… focused on fostering community, enriching lives, and improving quality of life for all women. In many cases, we are seniors serving & supporting other seniors.

We are woman owned and operated.

While we provide services to all women, we are focused on supporting women in 55+ & retirement communities, assisted & independent living communities, as well as through local community centers.

By focusing on these larger communities, we are able to offer more affordable services through shared support and collective care.

All of our gals are certified in CPR/AED/First Aid. While we do not provide any medical care or services, we are trained by the Red Cross in responding to an emergency.

We do have some Spanish speaking ladies!!
